Will Cryptic Apparel pay for custom fees/duties?
– Crypitc Apparel will NOT pay custom fees, duties, and/or additional taxes due to international orders. Customs fees are determined by the country we’re shipping to and fees + additional charges are completely out of our control.

Where can I track my order?
– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email via USPS with the tracking number.

Can I get a refund for my return?
We offer store credit, which never expires. Cash refunds are subject to review and may not be accepted. Please read our Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my order?
– Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchasing. Orders cannot be canceled after 2 hours of the transaction taking place as the order has been sent to our shipping facility.

How do I use my Store Credit?
– Put in your code at checkout where it asks for store credit or coupon code, and then click apply. It will automatically deduct from your total amount.

Can I place an order over the phone?
– At this time we are not taking orders over the phone. If you would like a representative from Cryptic Apparel to call you to place and order, then please email us at info@crypticapparel.com

How long will my item take to ship?
– Most orders will ship within 48 hours. During busy seasons and holidays, please expect a slightly longer ship time. The average ship time is 2-7 days, however, in rare occasions beyond our control, it may take up to 14 days.

Free Brand Ambassador Orders?
– All Free Brand Ambassador orders are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for another size. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted on free brand ambassador gear. Limit 1 item per customer. If you place multiple free items in your order then you will still only receive 1 free item.
